Augut Rettig married Leonard Conrad and had eight children. Our ancestor, Mary Conrad, married Jacob Burgner in the year 1800 in Lancaster County, Pennsylvania. Mary's brother, John Conrad, was a weaver and remained unmarried. Upon Leonard Conrad's death, John cared for his mother, Auget, until her death in Lancaster County.
