The sunsets on the ocean are beautiful beyond description. The sky, the dancing reflections in the ocean, and the clear, straight horizon make a picture not to be forgotten.
Yesterday we had Church up on the lee side of the deck. Part of the crew, the passengers and the Captain were there. The Penticostal Minister, the only man going out to teach, gave a short talk. I played the box organ for the song service and the Minister's wife played a trombone. It was not as bad as I thought it was going to be, after all there were four missionaries.
We sighted another ship and a whale was blowing off our starboard but it was almost too far to get a good view of it.
