Today has been a peach, it was the first day we could go out on the deck in our shirt sleeves but that was only for a short time this afternoon when the sun was shining down brightly.

The Captain is in the saloon telling yarns Boy!' you never heard such stories I wish you could hear them. If you are ever on this line you want our Captain.

This afternoon we made a ball out of old rags and an old sock for a cover, and we played ball on the after deck between lunch and tea. The shower is salt water you have to soap in fresh water and then the shower, is it grand, nothing like it.

The Captain has finally got every one in the Saloon but me and I am going too to hear his stories.
